The linear conveyor functions as follows: an electromagnet connected to two sets of springs generates a tiny wave movement in the guide rail. The movement intensity can be adjusted via the integrated control by regulating the amplitude. This ultimately means the mechanical load is only as high as absolutely necessary for the effective transport of the fastener.
If the incorporation of a linear conveyor into a feed system is desired, and there are space constraints associated witht he assembly machine, DEPRAG can adapt standard devices to accommodate the installation requirements.
