General info:

 

It is with great pride that we introduce the further expansion of our Minimat®-E screwdriver-series. The new angle-head screwdrivers feature an Ergonomic design, which includes

a trigger-start feature, the well-known DEPRAG non-slip housing material and a low weight starting at 1.7 lbs.

 

Features:

·        Lever-Start

·        LED-Indication Light – visible from all sides

·        Program select switch for simple selection of a 2nd screwdriver program (i.e. reverse)

·        Available with different drive-sizes (¼“-, ⅜“ square male; ¼“ female hex for power bits and for insert bits;
and ¼“ female hex - with magnet - for bits)

·        3 gear stages for a max. Torque of 2,2 Nm; 3,5 Nm and 6,0 Nm; extreme small, low maintenance angle head

·        drive motor and cable connection is identical to the inline Screwdrivers (320EGA27..); therefore, we have many screwdriving programs, functions and the complete accessory package available.

The function of these angle-head screwdrivers is identical to the already known “inline” Screwdrivers,

allowing a  freely programmable assembly process. Within the power range of the seven different

models offered, it is possible to adjust all parameters such as torque, speed, direction of rotation

and much more. The DEPRAG Minimat®-E screwdrivers also offer a “torque-holding-time” feature,

which compensates for relaxing joints.

 

 

Controller:

 

One of the advantages of using this screwdriver series is the fact that most of the Minimat-E

drivers use the identical controller AST-10-1P, making interchangeability a snap. The features of the

controller include several integrated, standard screwdriving programs for tightening screws to a

specific torque or loosening a fastener to a specific angle. The parameters may be adjusted

directly via the controller’s keypad.

The most unique feature however, is the integrated web-browser, which utilizes any commonly

known browser, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.  No special software is required,

nor does any software have to be purchased. The Controller itself contains all necessary components

for a fast, easy, simple programming, installation and hookup.
