General info:

 

In a continued effort to offer true alternatives to our clientele, DEPRAG is expanding the existing electric screwdriver line to include the Micromat®–E tools.

These new tool series is especially suited for extreme low torque requirements and industries that require a high-grade of quality control. 

These screwdrivers incorporate a 2.5-meter long motor cable, which means that the cable is part of the screwdriver. There are several different cable lengths available, please contact DEPRAG if you require a longer cable.

 

The lowest torque that can be achieved by a Micromat-E screwdriver is 0.2 Nm = 0.3 in.lbs. = 4.8 in.oz. The rather high speed of 1,500 / 1,200 and 1,000 rpm assure a fast and efficient operation.

 

The function of these Micromat-E drivers is identical to the already known “Minimat-E” Screwdrivers, which allows a  freely programmable assembly process. Again, the DEPRAG Micromat-E screwdrivers also offer a “torque-holding-time” feature, which compensates for relaxing joints.

 

 

 

 

Controller:

 

One of the advantages of using this screwdriver series is the fact that both straight and pistolgrip

drivers use the identical controller AST-10-1, making interchangeability a snap. The features of the

controller include standard screwdriving programs for tightening screws to a specific torque or

loosening a fastener to a specific angle. The parameter may be adjusted directly via the controller’s

keypad.

The most unique feature however, is the integrated web-browser, which utilizes any commonly

known browser, such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.  No special software is required,

nor does any software have to be purchased. The Controller itself contains all necessary components

for a fast, easy, simple programming, installation and hookup.
