DEPRAG’s handheld Electric Screwdrivers are in a league of their own!

These handheld tools can be used in connection with a power supply (provided) for the direct drive of fasteners. However, this is where the DEPRAG tool stops to be the same as all other electric Screwdrivers.

A special DEPRAG feature is the control module, which allows many different options. When the tool is connected to the center port, the fastener is assembled in a standard fashion. If the tool is connected to the ESD-port on the control module, then the  driver is fully grounded, allowing it to be used in ESD-sensitive applications. Another port allows the connection to a Minimat-F controller, which will turn the electric, handheld Screwdriver into a Quality Control Screwdriver. All features of the standard Minimat-F controller then also apply to the Electric Screwdriver. They are:

-          counting fasteners

-          making sure tool shuts-off [tool reached torque]

-          recognizes change of part

All other features, which are part of every DEPRAG Ergonomic Screwdriver package include, but are not limited to:

-   Ergonomic, non-skid grip

-   Housing Material absorbs perspiration and oil

-   Tool grip flares out towards the bottom to avoid a sliding off

For more details on all of the DEPRAG handheld Screwdrivers, please request a catalog.

Another nice feature is a finder connection set, which allows every DEPRAG Electric Screwdriver to be converted into a Vacuum Pickup Tool. The picture on the left illustrates this special accessory.

The item described as “Sleeve” may also be used as a torque protection sleeve. It can be mounted to the tip of the tool, so that an involuntary or inadmissible readjustment of the clutch can be avoided!
