The BASIC product line offers a modular solution with an especially attractive price-to-power ratio, besides the other well-known advantages of a modern and
highly compact air-motor, including a high power-density, a small design size, a robust design and a loading capacity up to a full standstill.
Our Basic Line program includes 3 power classes:

Patented Vane-Exchange Feature:
The changing of the vanes is possible without the disassembly of the motor. The motor remains where it is installed. This feature offers a tremendous time-savings.
After loosening the cap-screws and removing the rollers, the vanes may be removed using a tweezers; afterwards the new vanes may be installed in reverse order.
Our stainless-steel product line contains a large range of fully-sealed, oilfree capability, corrosion-free air-motors. Based on our flexible kit-system, we can
offer a variety of possibilities (i.e. Different drive spindles, motor mounting, etc.) for an extreme attractive price-to-power ratio.
Stainless steel motors are generally used in applications where a high grade of hygiene-, steam- and acid-resistance is needed.
Our Advanced Line program includes motors with a power output from 20W [0.03 HP] to 1200W [1.6 HP].

- in speed ranges from 150 – 24 000 rpm

DEPRAG air motors with integrated holding brake are suitable for use in any application area due to
their optimal size and design in which safety plays an important role.
The integrated brake equipment can be controlled either via a separate control line or directly via the airmotor exhaust. If pressure drops in the line the brake is automatically activated.
DEPRAG stainless steel airmotors from the ADVANCED LINE and 1.6 kW, 2.6 kW and 3.6 kW POWER LINE air motors are available with integrated holding brake.

World first:
The world's first ATEX conform complete system, consisting of airmotor, holding brake and planetary gear can be found as a standard product in the
ADVANCED LINE programme for 200 W, 300 W and 1.2 kW stainless steel airmotors.
In the ATEX conform complete system the brake is controlled via a separate control line (p > 5 bar) with integrated safety valve.
Our gear-motors offer a custom-designed solution for your individual application.
An application example is the use of gear-motors in midget grinders.
